An anti-inflammatory green smoothie made with fall superfoods.

- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 banana (frozen)
- 1/2 avocado
- 2 cups baby spinach (fresh)
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 piece ginger (fresh, grated)
- 1/2 cup non-dairy milk (unsweetened)
- 1/4 cup keto maple syrup (I used Lakanto brand)
- 2 TBSP egg white powder (or plant-based plain protein powder)
- Place all ingredients into a high-powered blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- If too thick, add a few TBSP of water at a time, or 4-5 ice cubes.
- Taste test to determine if sweet enough.
- Pour into a large glass and enjoy!
