Since charcuterie board assembly has a bit of an 'unknown' factor when it comes to quantity (lest we dampen our creative process...) the quantities for ingredients are left out in this recipe.

  • baby dill pickles
  • broccoli
  • cauliflower
  • cherry tomatoes
  • celery
  • baby carrots
  • assortment of nuts of choice
  • grapes
  • blueberries
  • strawberries
  • raspberries
  • kiwi
  • any condiments, sauces, or dips of choice


  • Chop the broccoli and cauliflower into tiny florets.
  • Slice celery.
  • Peel and slice kiwi.
  • Slice strawberries.
  • Arrange on board or platter.
  • Garnish with decor.
  • Serve!
