Instructions
Prep all vegetables per the ingredients list
Fry the bacon until crisp on a non-stick pan. Let it cool slightly and chop.
Combine the bacon, eggs, avocado, onion, and bell pepper in a bowl.
Season with salt and pepper to serve.
