    How long do the dinners take to cook?

    Nearly all the dinners take 30 minutes or less to cook. The prep guides will help you cut down that time by chopping, mixing, or prepping sauces ahead of time.

    What dietary style does this follow?

    This 4-week program doesn't follow any specific dietary style except what's considered 'clean eating'. Week 2: Understanding needs walks you through different dietary styles and macro levels for those to help you determine which, if any, dietary style you should try out.

    Does this program teach 'intuitive eating'?

    Yes and no. Some of us do well with 'intuitive eating', others do not. Especially if you have specific goals (like weight loss). Week 2 walks you through questions to determine if you would do better with intuitive eating or another option based on your habits and goals. But once you complete the 4-week program, you should be able to begin 'intuitive eating' if you're not a good fit for following a dietary style.

    Can my kids help cook these meals?

    I always advise parents to supervise their children in the kitchen, but they can certainly help out, which is one of the topics in Week 4.

    Do the meal plans come with shopping lists?
